The Pharmaceutical Affairs Department brings together the R&D division, Quality Assurance and Regulatory services. The laboratory has its own Research teams, supported by both public and private Research centres.
The Marketing Department encompasses the Marketing Department, Direct Sales, Sales Administration and Communication Services. It also coordinates the entire salesforce, bringing together the Prescription, OTC and Hi-Tech teams.
This Department covers several complementary competency centres: human resources, financial services, legal services and general administration.
In synergy with the business development strategies, the Export Department is the special point-of-contact with distributors and subsidiaries of the laboratory.
The Production Department is in charge of purchasing and procurement as well as sales tracking. It also controls the logistics service at national and international levels.
In charge of relaying medical information in the field, certified networks of representatives cover medical visits with ophthalmologists in the city, hospital practitioners and pharmacies
